Alanna Moravetz has worked in human and organizational development for over
20 years as an educator, trainer, consultant and coach. She assists
individuals, work teams, and organizations to manage change and maximize
effectiveness. Her work with individuals focuses on the successful management
of transitions, and in helping her clients explore launching points that lead to
more effective lives. Whether it’s finding purpose in work and life style, a

Barbara Rubin-Greenberg brings real results to executives, organizational leaders and entrepreneurs who want to leverage their ability to reach and sustain their goals and aspirations. She also works closely with individuals navigating transitions in both their personal or professional capacities. Prior to establishing her coaching and consulting practice, she spent over 20 years as an organizational leader, consultant, and business owner with experience in organizational assessment, strategic planning, leadership development and fundraising. Barbara has extensive experience working with clients in a variety of industry sectors.
She received her Professional Coaching Certification from the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara. Barbara also earned an Associate Certified (ACC) Coach designation from the International Coach Federation.
In addition, she holds a Master of Teaching from Webster College, Webster, MO and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education and Psychology from Washington University, St. Louis, MO. She has continuing education in Human Resources from the Adler Institute, Minneapolis, MN. Barbara is also certified from the Hudson Institute in Santa Barbara to facilitate the Planning for Change workshop.
Barbara currently serves in a leadership position within the community and has been a docent at the Minneapolis Institute of Arts for over 25 years. Additionally, she manages family held business. She is actively involved in elder care and family, loves photography, reading, dressage, and travel.

Dave Wondra is the founder of WondraGroup, a Minneapolis-based coaching firm
that brings real results to business owners and organizational leaders who want
to leverage their ability to reach their goals and aspirations. Prior to the
launch of WondraGroup, Dave performed numerous operational and corporate human
resource roles, including Vice President, Global Human Resources at Wilson
Learning Corporation. He received his Professional Coaching Certification in
Individual and Organizational Coaching from the Hudson Institute of Santa
Barbara. While at the Hudson Institute, he studied with Frederic Hudson, one of
the founders of the Coaching profession. Dave also earned a Professional
Certified Coach designation from the International Coach Federation.
In addition, he holds a Master of Arts in Industrial Relations degree from
the University of Minnesota, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from
Minnesota State University. He is certified to facilitate leadership
development, career planning, life renewal, and coach training workshops.
Dave recently served as President of the Minnesota Coaches Association, and
teaches Leadership in the Graduate School of the University of Saint Thomas. He
is also a freelance writer with his work published by On Purpose Journal,
Experience Life Magazine, and McGraw Hill/Irwin. In addition, Dave is actively
involved in prairie restoration projects and continues to be a lifelong student
of the trumpet.
