Walter has been certified by LIAT since 2008. In 2006 he established Customized Coaching LLC as a unique company in the career/job coaching industry which focuses on supporting leaders’ pursuit of their LifeWork by increasing spiritual discipline, self-awareness and high performance capacities. Prior to that, Walter was engaged in social work, human resource management, and as a guide in Ignatian spirituality.
He has served extended times through the post-disaster trauma recovery periods in South Florida (1992-96), New Orleans (2006-07) and Haiti (2010 – present).
