Judy, a seasoned business owner, coaches high-achievers in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors to be more effective leaders. Learning in Action’s Emotional Intelligence Assessments are now an important part of Judy’s coaching process. Once executives enroll in coaching for themselves they often enroll their direct reports as a way of strengthening their entire organization. Areas of leadership development include accountability, emotional intelligence, interpersonal skills, stress reduction, teamwork and work-life balance. About half of Judy’s clients come to her for support in career transition. All new coaching agreements include a 30-day Money-Back Guarantee.
