High-Impact Coaching and Consulting, Inc.

Grand Rapids, MI

Judy, a seasoned business owner, coaches high-achievers in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors to be more effective leaders. Learning in Action’s Emotional Intelligence Assessments are now an important part of Judy’s coaching process. Once executives enroll in coaching for themselves they often enroll their direct reports as a way of strengthening their entire organization. Areas of leadership development include accountability, emotional intelligence, interpersonal skills, stress reduction, teamwork and work-life balance. About half of Judy’s clients come to her for support in career transition. All new coaching agreements include a 30-day Money-Back Guarantee.

Judy earned B.S. and MA degrees from Michigan State University, is a graduate of Leadership Grand Rapids, Core Essentials Coach Training at Coach-U and Advanced Business Coach Training. Additionally, Judy is a Certified Assessor for Emotional Intelligence Learning in Action Technologies.

Judy is active in her community. A few of those positions include Trustee: Grand Rapids Art Museum; Trustee: Frederik Meijer Gardens Foundation; Founding member: Tiffany Circle West Michigan Chapter Am Red Cross; Member of International Coach Federation; Member of Professional Coaches of Michigan. She is a past trustee of: Grand Rapids Symphony, Leadership Grand Rapids, The Economic Club of Grand Rapids and The Potter’s House Foundation.

Something you should know about her: Judy’s business ownership experience includes a marketing consulting company whose clients included numerous privately held businesses and contract work for large companies including Merrill Lynch, Herman Miller and Haworth. This plus her ten-year tenure as president of a private foundation and extensive experience on nonprofit boards brings added value of a 360-degree perspective to her executive coaching.

Judy believed the key to professional growth is to never stop investing in yourself. Read books, get another degree or advanced training. Hire a coach to challenge you, hold you accountable and help you get rid of your self-limiting beliefs. Now! Not later — now!
