Linda M. Raudenbush holds a BA in mathematics and Secondary Education from
St. Joseph College (Emmitsburg, MD), an MS in Applied Behavioral Science from
Johns Hopkins University (Baltimore, MD), an Ed.D. in Human Resource Development
from The George Washington University (Washington, D.C.), a Certificate of
Professional Development in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University
(Washington, D.C.), and an Associates Certificate in Project Management from The
George Washington University (Washington, DC)

Linda has more than 25 years experience in training, organizational
development, project management, and leadership coaching in both private and
public sectors.

Dr. Raudenbush is an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland,
Baltimore County, teaching an undergraduate management course and a graduate
education course in adult learning. Linda authored a chapter in the 1996 Sage
publication, The Adjunct Faculty Handbook; published an article in the 2000
issue of Human Resource Development Quarterly, a journal published by
Jossey-Bass; coauthored several articles in past Annuals, published by
Jossey-Bass/Pfeiffer; and authored two chapters in the 2002 McGraw-Hill
publication, Creative New Employee Orientation Programs, as well as numerous
other more recent publications.

Dr. Raudenbush has been a regular session presenter at professional
conferences, including The University System of Maryland Women’s Conference
(twelve years) and International Field Directors and Technologies Conference
(eight years), as well as at other professional conferences. Linda consults in
the HRD/OD field and as an executive coach. She is currently employed as an
internal HRD/OD consultant and leadership coach at the U.S. Department of
Agriculture in the National Agricultural Statistics Service.

Linda is an active volunteer in her community, and was awarded the Maryland
State 2005 Volunteer of the Year for Faith-based Initiatives. When not at home
in Columbia, MD, Linda and her husband enjoy domestic and international
travel.
