Ciarán has been coaching senior leaders for over 20 years. His coaching focus is with senior leaders and high potentials who are facing significant change in their career or who need support to face a new leadership challenge. He was formerly a facilitator and coach on the Sanofi Pharmaceutical global high potential programme and he is also a trained facilitator for the Leadership Challenge Workshop (Kouzes and Posner).
Ciaran’s is an honours graduate of The National College of Ireland and in 2006 he was appointed a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. He held HR Director roles in a number of companies and sectors: Financial Services, Telecommunications, Internet and Global Pharma. He has developed his leadership skills during significant times of transition including mergers, acquisitions and outsourcing. He has developed and facilitated management development programmes while working in Ireland on-line, Esat Telecom and Sanofi. He has significant experience in multi-national change management programmes.
Education, Training & Professional Memberships
A Toronto native with a background in journalism, Sam has worked and lived all over the world including the Middle, East, Africa, Fiji, Asia, Canada and Europe. She has worked in Ghana for a Canadian NGO, (Journalists for Human Rights), and was also the Executive Producer for a Lifestyle radio show based out of New York City. Today, Sam works as a Life and Executive coach working with individuals as well as small to medium sized companies focusing on communication, leadership training, time management, emotional intelligence development and the ability to have fearless conversations.
