I coach leaders looking to grow their confidence, leadership capabilities and capacity. My focus is on effective leadership, teams and governance. I believe emotional intelligence is crucial to being effective; it is also something anyone can cultivate with practice. EQ in Action is hands down one of the best tools I’ve experienced for learning and refining emotional intelligence.
Here’s what a few of my clients say about partnering with me as coach:
“As a lawyer and executive, I have experienced the positive impact of [Sarah’s] willingness to challenge, insightful questions, and ability to quickly understand and analyze complex situations. [Sarah’s] support has resulted in tangible improvements in my leadership skills and confidence over a very short period of time.”
“Working with Sarah, my expectations were surpassed. I thought I was going to get advice and direction. Instead I experienced amazing questions that unlocked learnings inside of me. Through coaching I gained courage and clarity to move forward towards my purpose. Getting unstuck and understanding things that are actually in my control. I learned the answers are already inside of me.”
I am an experienced coach, consultant and facilitator. With more than 14 years of rich experience, I now work through my own company, SaLT Catalyst Consulting to develop leaders; support effective teams and boards; and design and implement organizational systems, change and strategy.
As coach, I serve as a catalyst for my clients, inspiring them to expand their awareness of self and choice. My clients identify what’s most important to them and then create and implement their plan to get it. My approach is to be trustworthy and curious while empowering those I work with to uncover their own internal wisdom; learn through external discovery; and create action and transformational change.
