Meet the Learning In Action Team
Ronald R. Short, Ph.D., Founder & Senior Principal
Ron is a social psychologist whose professional experience includes undergraduate and graduate education, and extensive experience consulting with organizations in numerous industries, both in the United States and abroad. Ron pioneered the application of systems principles in the organization setting, following post-doctoral training with Salvador Minuchin, MD, Ph.D. The very practical, hands-on tools and services available through Learning In Action are a distillation of Ron's long-term focused work on understanding relationships within systems. This journey has led to the conclusion that the key to successful, productive relationships is awareness — and one major barrier to awareness is "the lies we tell ourselves."
