Focus on what you want---not on what you don't want.
Practice identifying what you want by noticing each time you focus on what you do not want.
Ask yourself, "What is my need that is not being met?"
Make a note of that need and then identify ways you are going to get that need met.
Focusing on getting your human needs met enhances life, vitality, and productivity.
Focusing on what you don't want just drains precious energy.
